Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges 

Please email within 3 days of delivery for a return, or exchange.

  • We have a 15 day refund policy; from the day the item is delivered  you will have 15 days to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier.
  • You will receive a full refund of your original purchase price once the item is received in it's original condition with all tags attached.
All returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement


If you would like to make an exchange, please make a new purchase of the same item of a different size to guarantee the item is still in stock by the time we receive your return package.


Lost Packages 

 Once an item is placed into the possession of USPS, we are no longer liable for it. But, please email to further assist you. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What items are non-refundable? 

For hygiene purpose items that cannot be returned are

  • Jewelry 
  • Facemask
  • Hair accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Items on sale, or final sale 
  • hats 

 All vintage items are finale sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Fees 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance in case we don’t receive your returned item.
