We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns past the 15 days of your order will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will receive a full refund of your original purchase price once the item is received in it's original condition with all tags attached.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What items are non-refundable?
For hygiene purpose items that cannot be returned are
- Hair accessories
- Items on sale, or final sale
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you would like to make an exchange, please make a new purchase of the same item of a different size to guarantee the item is still in stock by the time we receive your return package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your return item.
