Can I cancel my order? 

Your order may be cancel before it's been shipped. Please send us an email us an  to to proceed. If you have already received an email notification that your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order.

I did not get a receipt with my order.

To cut down on paper waste, no CV orders include return slips. Please email us to start the return or exchange process.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

  After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve started processing it, then a second email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and process your order. Once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping, for Standard First Class shipping it usually takes 2-7 business days.

Can I change my address on my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order, we can update your address, if shipping label has not been created. Please email us as soon as possible to and we can amend the shipment address for you. 


What shipping options do you provide?

At the moment we only offer Standard First Class shipping, USPS. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

As of right now, we do not offer expressing shipping. Only standard 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally, but as Chic & Vintage continues to grow, we'd love to. 

Where are my items shipped from?

Chic & Vintage is located and ships from, Charlotte, NC.


Do you have a size chart? 

No, we don't not have a size chart at Chic & Vintage  because we carry various brands and all items vary in size and measurements. At CV we measure the garments individually and provide them on the description of the product.
